The West Springfield Housing Authority in collaboration with the YMCA, operates the Birch Park Circle Youth Center, providing after-school, evening, weekend and summer enrichment programs to the youths, teens and families of Birch Park Circle. An eight week summer program is also offered, providing youths and teens various activities, while providing a free nutritious lunch to participants.
